*After you place an order, we aim to have it despatched for you within 5 working days, depending on what delivery options you choose and the availability of your items.

Where specified we will deliver on date of your choosing, but please note that we do not ship over the weekend.

Returns and cancellation policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:

• Returning the item to us by post (we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting); OR
• Contacting our Customer Support Team to cancel your order (or any part of it) and arrange return or collection.

This is subject to the following conditions:

1.    You are responsible for returning the item to us in good condition or, if appropriate, contacting us to arrange collection.

2.    You will be responsible for the costs of return or, if appropriate, collection (unless the item is faulty).

3.    The item must be unused and unopened, in its original condition and returned in its packaging.

4.    You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges (if applicable).

Faulty goods

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
