Gammel Dansk Bitter Dram was launched in 1964 and has become synonymous with the word bitters. It contains 29 herbs, spices and flowers which are carefully selected for their aromatic, sharp and bitter qualities. The recipe is a closely guarded secret and is allegedly known only to three people. Gentle but not sweet, firm and easy.
