The Cheese Fondue with truffle is a tasty cheese cream that you can use as a seasoning for rice and pasta or to glaze asparagus, vegetables flans, cotechini and zamponi (stuffed meat).It is also excellent for filling crepes and pastry shells or on crostini bread. Serve it very hot. The Piedmont Region is very rich in cheeses, of which Tartuflanghe offers a wide selection, enriched by the flavour of sliced truffle: Toma is a cheese produced from cow's and sheep's milk on the hills of the Langhe; Brù is a very tasty matured cream-cheese.
